Job Summary:

The Assistant Director position entails providing supervision for staff in the CFTSS program.

Duties & Responsibilities:
There is a $3000 Sign on Bonus.

This Assistant Director position entails providing supervision for staff in the Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) disciplines in the Bronx and Rockland County.  The Assistant Director is responsible to sign off on progress notes, upload documents and perform duties that promote the efficient operation of the CFTSS Program.  The Assistant Director will provide training and support to staff so that they can efficiently engage caregiver/family and child / youth to participate in service and reinforced the skills learned.

Education & Experience
A New York State LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC required, LCSW preferred, two (2) years of supervisory experience required and a valid non-restricted driver license required

While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively.  The employee is required to stand; use mobility, handle, feel; and reach. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
