North County Serenity House, a non-profit 501(c)(3) substance abuse treatment facility located in Escondido, was founded in 1966 and is devoted to saving the lives of women by providing treatment programs using a 12-step rehabilitation model. North County Serenity House operates Residential and Non-Residential Services, multiple licensed Child Development Centers, and a transitional housing program.
