Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Bachelor degree in Child Development/Special Education. At least 3 years experience in working with infants, and the use of personal vehicle is necessary, therefore must have and submit insurance policy. Bilingual a plus in Spanish/English.
Job Description: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts developmental evaluation on infants entering the Infant/Parent Program. Develops a Developmental Enrichment Plan (DEP). Conducts periodic re-evaluation on infant for assessing individual progress and when necessary, develop new DEP. Assist Infant Development Specialist in performing particular Early Intervention activities. Participate in the team case review sessions for families. Assist in providing training for staff and parents/caregivers. Document work via written evaluation reports, progress notes in client charts, and maintains any additional records needed.
