Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Minimum BA degree from an accredited school and/or equivalent experience with at least three to five years of experience in working with children, youth and families.
Job Description: Afterschool Child and Family Worker implements and coordinates all family and youth related therapeutic recreation, after-school and weekend family activities and related services at two supportive housing programs for formerly homeless families. This position will design a continuous program of youth and family activities and functions, with assistance from social services during afterschool and weekend hours, providing an energetic and sensitive approach to service delivery.
