Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Position requires a Bachelors degree in social/human services or related fields and at least two years experience in field of developmental disabilities including successful supervisory and program planning experience. Must be a QMRP or meet QMRP eligibility requirements. Experience in the implementation of vocational day progams preferred.
Job Description: Supervises and administers an operational unit of the facility and provides direct rehabilitation services to adults with developmental disabilties. Provides direct supervision and gives direction to assigned rehabilitation staff, clients, and associated personnel. Develops, plans, and recommends training programs to assist clients in reaching their optimum level of vocational, social, and personal development. Prepares progress reports,service plans, and program reports. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services.
