Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): BA in psychology, social work, or other human services field. Experience working with clients with chronic mental illness, a clean DMV record and clear of any criminal convictions. Must pass DOJ fingerprint check. Bilingual capability is a plus. Class B drivers license a plus.
Job Description: Rehabilitation Coordinator needed for Medi-Cal certified Outpatient Clinic Services. Services include a full range of mental health services including group and individual sessions, case management, and coordination w/ other treatment team members.
Other Information About This Job: Work schedule is 11-7pm.
