Starr Commonwealth seeks energetic individual to provide strength-based group treatment for adolescent male population. Responsibilities include conducting group counseling, developing treatment plans, must be able to engage in physical management of students as required, interacting with referring agencies, conducting family meetings, coordinating other client needs, and providing leadership for treatment team. Applicant must possess strong leadership skills, motivation and courage. MSW, Counseling or related degree and 3-5 years experience working with youth preferred. BSW or related degree, progress towards a Master’s program, and three years experience working with at-risk youth required. Health benefits after a 90 day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks. Salary range for Master’s degree is $36,198– $39,748 and $32,598 - $36,149 with Bachelor’s degree including health benefits after 90 days.
