Our mission is to help the individuals we support experience the power of meaningful choice-making, the freedom bestowed by personal competence, and the benefits of full membership and participation in their neighborhoods, workplaces and communities.We are currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to work with adults being served in residential group home, day program, and individual residential placement settings.
Primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing and analyzing individual behavior plans, providing training on those behavior plans, and coordinating all clinical documentation.
The successful candidate will be an organized, self-directed practitioner who is also a team player. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or a Behavior Analyst whose Certification is pending, to join a multi-state organization that is committed to evidence based treatment and the professional growth of its employees.
