Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements (if applicable): Applicants must have a related bachelor's degree and five years related experience in the rehabilitation field, two years supervisory experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills, two years fiscal and contract management, access to reliable non-public transportation, ability to operate computer equipment; knowledge of various software including Microsoft Office products.
