IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - IMCES WRAPAROUND PROGRAM is looking to develop a new Wraparound team located in the Valley area (Spa 2). The Wraparound program helps families maintain their child in the home to avoid being placed in a higher level of care setting, e.g., group home or juvenile hall. It also helps to return children from these settings to their family’s home. Positions to hire: Family Facilitator, Parent Partner, Child and Family Specialist, and Wraparound Clinician.

Parent Partner (PP): You must be the parent/caregiver of a special needs child. Candidate must have had an open case (case must currently be closed and closed successfully) with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Department of Mental Health (DMH), or Department of Probation Youth. Full time position with 24 hour availability required. PP is responsible for providing one-on-one interactions with the parents/caregivers of special needs kids. This position works independently and with a team in the family’s home and a variety of community settings. Interventions should encourage and promote family independence and self-sufficiency by coaching and supporting the parent. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Must have transportation, possess a valid Ca. drivers license and have ability to pass California Criminal Records clearance.
