The Osborne Association, Inc. is a nonprofit criminal justice organization with its main office in the Bronx. For over 75 years, Osborne has provided services to the accused, people currently or formerly incarcerated, and their children and families. The Osborne Association operates programs and has offices in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Rikers Island, Dutchess County, and several New York State correctional facilities.
Responsibilities: The Children & Youth Services Program Manager will work closely with all our Children and Youth Services programs to strengthen their grounding in youth development principles and research, improve our ability to track and measure impact and effectiveness, and increase our presence within and relationships with the youth services field. He/ she will also ensure our programs are trauma-informed and have a sound clinical foundation as well as providing clinical support to children, youth and families as needed as well as building the capacity among our staff to do so.
Requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education is preferred. At least 5 years experience in a youth-serving organization; experience with providing direct services to children and youth, as well as program development, implementation, and evaluation; strong supervisory and clinical skills. Experience with justice-involved families a plus. Experience working with diverse families.
