Responsibilities

The Coordinator will manage a multidisciplinary team providing 24/7 services per Clinic DMH and DCFS Wraparound policy and contract requirements, reporting directly to the Clinic's Director of Intensive Services. This position serves as a member of the Clinic's Management Staff which requires significant use of tact and judgment to represent the Clin ic with a demonstrated commitment to the Clinic's mission, vision and goals. The Coordinator will: manage Wraparound and TBS staff; coordinate with the Interagency Screening Committee to receive referrals and assign a team to the cases; manage Clinic self-referra ls to Wrap and TBS through the referral process; manage authorizations for services as needed; track the use of program/flex funds; track client services (i.e. referrals, case assignments, enrollments and disenrollments, Child and Family Team meetings, intakes, transfers/suspensions, and otherdata required by the Statement of Work or TBS requirements), attend, participate in and run meetings on and off-site; hire, supervise, and evaluate timely per Clinic policy/practice; when assigned as Supervisor, provide regular individual and group clinical supervision for Clinical Therapists and other program staff; review progl-am services to ensure that they meet Clinic, DMH, and DCFS standards for service delivery, and provide ongoing chart reviews using electron ic behavioral records systems as well as regular, written program reports to Management. Duties also include direct services/communication with clients and their families/caregivers, as appropriate. Th is position will complete other Management Staff responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Skills
At least two years work in administration, strong organizational, written, communication and teamwork. Licensure as a mental health professional and the ability to supervise interns, experience providing mental health services in a community setting are required Wraparound or other intensive mental health services experience is preferred.

Notes
A valid California driver license and insurable driving record are required. This position travels between all sites, within a six-m ile radius, and travels in own car to meetings/off site assignments as needed. Bilingual/Biliterate Spanish language ability highly preferred. In keeping with Clinic policy for all employees, the successful applicant must also complete a test for TB prior to beginning work, and fingerprint clearance by the Department of Justice.
