Description
Group Home After Care Services seeking an Out-Patient Rehabilitation Specialist to join our mental health team providing rehabilitation services throughout LA County. Bi-lingual Spanish is highly preferred. Coordinate and provide rehabilitation services for clients aged 13-20 exiting residential services into the community. Must be self-motivated,flexible and able to work as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Skills
Position requires MA plus two years mental health experience, BA plus four years mental health experience, or AA plus six years mental health experience. Experience working with adolescents in a residential and mental health setting preferred.

Notes
Upon completion of bi-lingual Spanish test an additional $.50 per hour will be added to base rate. Must possess a valid California Driver's License with no restrictions and be able to pass Federal/State Criminal Records clearance. Full-time with excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vacation. Hours are 10:00am-6:30pm,but may vary based on the needs of the clients served & days of the week worked will vary based on the needs of the clients served.
