Description
Richmond is currently seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager who will be responsible for providing quality systems leadership, incident management, investigating, and audit review/compliance to selected Richmond sites. The Quality Systems Manager identifies key opportunities and implementing projects and reporting systems to improve safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. This is a team environment, so we are looking for someone who is a collaborative thinker with a sound work ethic who is ready to start contributing immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or health-related field, have a minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance/Systems experience, and has previous supervisory experience.
