Description
Responsible for providing CalWORKs orientations, employment support services, job services, job development and consultations to referred participants.
Facilitate job search and life skills workshops in a motivational, professional, educational, and cooperative environment to maximize employment success.
Initiate, update, and maintain participant files.
Responsible for documentation, service delivery, outcomes and action plans.
Responsible for communication with Case Managers via completed referral forms, emails, and phone calls.
Meet with community employers to develop employment opportunities.

Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a human services related field or equivalent and/or one (1) to three (3) years related experience or equivalent. Experience working with CalWORKs or WTW programs preferred.

Notes
A good driving record is required.
