Description
Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility seeks dynamic individual for ENTRY LEVEL position as a psychosocial group leader. This is a full-time position that requires you to plan and lead groups as well as provide indiviualized programming to our residents. This position requires prior work experience in providing direct services to adults who have a primary diagnosis of chronic mental illness. You will be responsible for the facilitation of an array of psycho-educational and skills based programming. Must have an excellent understanding of serious mental illness and how it affects independent functioning and level of independence.

Skills
Ability to create a dynamic group environment that promotes opportunities for learning and practice of learned skills. Professional rapport, enthusiasm, and a desire to motivate and inspire others are a must. Professional, accurate documentation is also a must.

Notes
