"Apply For This Job" Button Option - Please Read Carefully
The "Apply For This Job" button allows job seekers who have a resume posted on SocialService.Com to apply with two clicks of their mouse while viewing your job(s). When they do so, their resume is placed in your "Resume Inbox" in your SocialService.Com account and a link to their resume is e-mailed to you, allowing you to click on it and use your username and password to view the resume. If
you do not wish to receive e-mailed links which require you to login to view each resume or you do not wish to login to your account regularly to check your "Resume Inbox", but rather you prefer that applicants apply directly to you as you specify in your job posting(s), then you should select "Always Hide" for the "Apply For This Job" button. You may update this profile and modify these settings at
any time. Your modifications will immediately take effect for all of your existing job postings. Existing SocialService.Com customers have indicated that leaving this function set on "Show" increases the overall number of resumes received, but also increases the number of non-serious or non-qualified applicants, requiring additional time to screen them out.
